SO, I THINK I MIGHT

so, i think i might be converting to the dark side. i have coveted that which i have nobly shunned lo these many years. yes you goddamn majority, i have looked upon your wintel machines with desirous eyes! i’m sorry, my mac-loving brethren, but you can get so much for so little. i’m looking at a dell dimension xps t 450mhz P3 and it’s got so much cool stuff for $1800 and the equivalent mac would probably be over $4000! a base 350 mhz blue + white g3 would cost $1700 minimum, and that’s w/o a monitor! and i could be getting a pc w/ a monitor and a printer and a zip drive etc for just $1800. i can’t resist. and i can deal with windoze. i really can. i mean it’s just like macintosh, right? but, but -IT’S NOT!! the forgery is imperfect! the file navigation functions simply aren’t as cool, and nothing feels right, but i get a friggin dvd rom drive! i get to watch dvd movies!! i, i can handle it, i really can. i just have to keep telling myself that. i can survive w/o mac. i can. i can.
