BUSY WEEKEND, BUT THE SEMESTER

Busy weekend, but the semester is over, with slightly more drama than usual, just not of the academic variety. Suffice it to say there will be no A Very Dave Christmas 3, due to forces beyond our control. Dave’s back in Kensignton, Brad is squashing in Leads, Andy and Trey have retreated to their respective midwestern strongholds, Brendan’s terrorizing the Bostonian suburbs, and Em struggles to drown her boredom in gallons of coffee (after having given me my own customized pair of super-awsome, super-orange clavies).

Remember when David Brin accused Star Wars of being elitist, reactionary crap? Well he’s at it again, only now he’s after LOTR! Nice commentary on America’s current obsession with fantasy, and particularly LOTR. Also, I’m pretty sure this is a huge ripoff of the Simpsons.

I’m cold and hungry. Time for lunch.
