KEN-CHI’S MEATY/CHEESY/CLAMY MUCK: THIS RECIPE

Ken-chi’s Meaty/Cheesy/Clamy Muck: this recipe s barely worth being shared for it’s utter simplicity. it’s a far cry from original, but it tastes real good and if you’ve got nothin’ better to do, it’s good. you can also add or leave out whatever the hell you feel like.

Ingredients: veggy oil, a little less than half a finely chopped onion, a fair sized chunk of ground beef OR about 2 ounces of the shredded cheese of your choice OR (as i just discovered yesterday) a can of minced clams, a can or two of tomato sauce, about a pint of macaroni, basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.

pour maybe a table spoon or so of oil into a medium sized saucepan and set the burner to medium. while doing that, start boiling the water to cook the macaroni, and when it starts boiling, get cooking. When the oil’s hot saute the chopped onion, and when it’s turned lght yellow, dump in the ground beef OR clams, if that’s what you plan on doing. wait for the beef to brown or the clams to get hot, and then pour in the tomato sauce. when that gets hot, you can pour in the cheese, if that’s what you feel like doing. also, add the seasonings. once all that’s nice and hot and the macaroni’s cooked, dump the noodles into the saucepan and stir until all the noodles are coated with the sauce. serve it up and dig in.
