IT’S RANDOM’S 40TH ANNIVERSARY! AH,

it’s random’s 40th anniversary!

ah, summer. how i do love thee. for those of us still in school (lifewise that is), summer is xanadu. unless, of course, you actually need money (seriously. not just for spending money) and you have to get a job. then you’re out of luck. but if you’re on vacation and you have a job just because you want the money, then lemme just tell you that you’re stupid and you’re wasting your youth. i happen to be aware of the fact that i’m only gonna have a few more summers like this left in my life before i have to get a real job after college, so, i’m reveling in the absolute lethargy of the season. i get to read, play video games, watch movies, work on web pages, and basically do whatever i feel like, all because i don’t feel obligated to participate in the mind-numbing drudgery that is the teenage job. i even have the time to sit and enjoy a good thunderstorm. in fact, i have so little responsibilities, i had time to make and enjoy a quiche!! and it was great!
