· 19TH OF OCTOBER, THE YEAR 1998UPON READING THE BESTSELLERS LISTS
upon reading the bestsellers lists in the ny times book review this sunday, i noticed that the top selling paperback nonfiction “book” is the starr report. of course any fool would expect this to happen, but it took me by suprise. actually i find it incredibly more amusing that someone actually published it. looking at it now, i see it was published by something called free press. is that government run? i’ll have to look into that. you know what? the best way to pay off the nation’s debt would to be to make an entire movie about the monicagate scandal (i’m talking full-feature here, sparing no details) and release it in video format around the world. do you have any idea how much money the government would make? trillions!! not only would every american and her brother buy a copy, i’d say every single person in the rest of the world who had the money and a vcr would by one too! it would be amazing!
