HERO

Y’all should go see Hero. Fantastic color, choreography, effects, plot, atmosphere, everything. Well, maybe the plot wasn’t fantastic, per se, but it was perfectly sufficient. My only qualm is the same I have with all Asian flicks: intonation and inflection are completely lost on me, so I can’t tell if Jet’s boisterous, staccato delivery is just silly or not. Definitely worth the price of admission, even if it is a big ol’ Californian $9.50 knife in the back.
