WHEREFORE (UH, I MEAN WHERE) ART THOU, DECENT WEB-BASED NEWS AGGREGATOR?

I waste so much time perusing, skimming, dabbling in web sites that it is embarassing. In an effort to combat (embrace?) this infoglut / infoaddition, I want to start using some species of news aggregator. I am trying out bloglines.com and it has dissapointed me with startling speed. My optimal feature set, to wit,

• web-based (AJAXy doodads tolerated, occasionally preferred)
• allows organization by individual post instead of by site
• displays images etc. if they are in the feed
• minimal extraneous bullshit in the layout

I also just imagined that I would like it to be somewhat communal, with a rating system, so articles in the feeds I subscribed to can stick out if other readers thought they were worthy.

So, I ask you, my mostly more tech-savvy webrethren, what Dark Speech must I utter to summon such a beast?
