BLANK CGI IMAGES IN MAPSERVER

After upgrading PROJ.4, the MapServer CGI stopped working. That was because it wrote over the custom epsg file I had, but once I fixed that, it still didn’t work, so I recompiled Mapserver. To no avail. Turns out the CGI doesn’t display layers with STATUS ON by design. No idea why. I also have no idea how I had it working “normally” before. I seem to remember having to compile Mapserver without PHP support to get a CGI that functioned properly, but that doesn’t seem to work. Hrm…
